With a focus on mental health, green space therapy, and success through teamwork, Down But Not Out provides a spin on the familiar survival challenge genre by forcing the participants to face their greatest adversaries - themselves.

Revolving around a hand-picked team of first responders and military personnel, the program shines a light on the best that the police, EMS, fire, and military services has to offer. On the surface, the goal is for our quartet to work together to survive a multi-day immersion into some of the world’s harshest environments with nothing more than the gear on their back. At its core, the true intention is to provide a place for the participants to find kinship through struggle and prove to themselves that even with mental, emotional, or physical scars, they still have what it takes to survive.
